New York Cheesecake

Crust

  • 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Spartan® Brand No Calorie Sweetener
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 2½ pounds cream cheese
  • 1²/³ cups Spartan® Brand No Calorie Sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 475°F. Combine ingredients for crust. Press into 10-inch springform pan; bake for 10 minutes. In mixing bowl, combine the filling ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 200°F and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in over for an additional hour. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
